Linqing is one of China’s top five bearing manufacturing clusters, with over 5,100 factories. I grew up here. I know which shops produce precision-grade and which ones cut corners.
Ball Bearings
- Deep groove ball bearings — 6000 / 6200 / 6300 series, the workhorse bearing
- Angular contact ball bearings — Single-row, double-row, precision (P4/P5)
- Thrust ball bearings — Single-direction, double-direction, flat seat and spherical
- Self-aligning ball bearings — Cylindrical and tapered bore
Roller Bearings
- Cylindrical roller bearings — NU / NJ / NUP series, high radial load
- Spherical roller bearings — Self-aligning, heavy load, shaft misalignment tolerant
- Tapered roller bearings — Inch and metric sizes, automotive and industrial
- Needle roller bearings — Compact design, drawn cup and machined variants
Mounted Bearings
- Pillow block — UCP series, cast iron and pressed steel housing
- Flange units — UCF / UCFL series, 2-bolt and 4-bolt
- Take-up units — Tensioning applications, conveyor systems
- Plummer blocks — Split housing for spherical roller bearings
Specialty Bearings
- Ceramic bearings — Silicon nitride balls, hybrid and full ceramic, high-speed
- Stainless steel bearings — Food-grade, washdown, marine environments
- Plastic bearings — POM / PEEK, chemical-resistant, self-lubricating
- Miniature bearings — Instrument and dental handpiece bearings
Bearing Parts
- Cages — Steel, brass, and polyamide retainers
- Seals & shields — Rubber contact seals, non-contact metal shields
- Rings — Inner and outer rings, custom dimensions
- Rolling elements — Chrome steel and ceramic balls, rollers, needles
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the quality difference between bearings from different Linqing factories?
Enormous. Some shops produce P0/P6 grade that's fine for low-speed, low-load applications. Others produce P4/P5 precision bearings for machine tool spindles and automotive. The price difference between a generic 6204 and a precision-grade 6204 from the same town can be 5-10x. I know which is which — you can't tell from a catalog.
Can I get bearings with my own brand?
Yes. Most mid-to-large bearing factories in Linqing offer OEM with your brand laser-etched on the ring and your packaging. MOQ for custom branding is typically 1,000-5,000 pieces per size, depending on the factory. Some smaller shops will do 500.
What about specialty materials — stainless, ceramic, plastic?
Available but fewer factories handle them well. Stainless steel (440C, 304) bearings are common for food and marine. Ceramic (Si3N4) is growing — a few Linqing shops now do hybrid and full ceramic. POM/PEEK plastic bearings are niche but available. I can direct you to the right shop based on material.
