I’m Xinya. I help businesses source from China — not from behind a screen, but from the factory floor.

Where I Come From

I grew up in Linqing, Shandong — a place where factories aren’t buildings on a map, they’re where your neighbors work, where your childhood friends’ families run production lines, and where the sound of machinery is as normal as traffic.

For 13 years, I’ve worked alongside these factories. First in power equipment sales — visiting workshops, negotiating with plant managers, checking production schedules, solving quality disputes. The people who run these factories are my former colleagues, childhood friends, and neighbors across five industrial clusters.

What I Learned

Spending 13 years around factories teaches you things you can’t learn from a database:

  • The best factory isn’t the one with the best website. It’s the one where the QC station is staffed, the raw materials are stored properly, and the owner answers his own phone.
  • Price isn’t what you negotiate — it’s what the market dictates. I know what raw materials cost this month. I know which factories are busy and which need orders. That’s how you get a fair price.
  • Trust isn’t built on a video call. It’s built when someone shows up in person, checks the production line, and catches a problem while it can still be fixed.

Why I Do This

Most importers never meet their suppliers. They trust Alibaba pages, Trade Assurance badges, and polished catalog photos. Sometimes that works. Sometimes it doesn’t — and when it doesn’t, there’s no one on the ground to fix it.

I started this because I realized: the biggest barrier between a buyer and a good factory isn’t language or logistics. It’s having someone who can walk onto the factory floor and know what they’re looking at.

That’s what I do.

The Five Industries I Know

Not from research. From relationships:

  • Power equipment — 13 years in sales and procurement. Transformers, switchgear, cables — I know the factories that make them and the people who run them.
  • Hygiene products — A factory I know personally in Linqing. 2000+ SKUs. FDA and CE certified. Export-ready.
  • Bearings — Linqing is one of China’s top five bearing clusters. 5,100 factories. I grew up around people who own them.
  • Textiles — Linqing is home to the world’s largest printed textile producer. Specializing in African markets. Friends and family work in this industry.
  • Agricultural machinery — Manufacturing cluster active since the 1980s. Four towns, decades of expertise.

How I Work

I don’t run a catalog. I don’t represent any single factory. I work for you.

You tell me what you need. I find the right manufacturer. You pay them directly. My fee is separate and transparent.

No hidden markups. No kickbacks. No BS.
