Supplier Search & Vetting
I find 2-4 manufacturers that match your product, budget, and quality requirements. I visit them in person. I check things you can’t see from a screen: how workers are treated, whether QC stations are actually staffed, what raw material storage looks like.
Price Negotiation
Not the cheapest price — the right price. I know what materials cost this month. I know which factories are busy and which need orders. That’s how you get a fair deal, not a bait-and-switch.
Quality Control & Pre-Shipment Inspection
Photos and videos from the factory floor. Measurements checked against your spec. I catch problems while your goods are still in China — not when they arrive at your warehouse.
Logistics Coordination
From factory to your door. I work with freight forwarders to handle shipping, customs, and delivery.
Pricing
My fee is transparent and separate from the factory price. You pay the factory directly — I never touch your product payment.
